Following a commercial & programming background at ITV Plc & Classic FM in the UK from 1992 - 2006, Julian founded C Music TV in 2007 & Gospel Music TV in 2012. After winning 5 Eutelsat Awards for Best Music TV channel & achieving paid distribution in more than 120 countries worldwide via 10 satellites, Julian sold Gospel Music TV to Canal Plus Media Group (Vivendi) in France & C Music TV to Stingray Digital Group Inc. in Canada. Black Cat Global launch Stage Show TV in 2019 and is now launching various new FAST TV channels internationally.

Established COO with 25 years international experience in London, New York, Tokyo and Mumbai managing large scale technology and operations processes for major investment banks before moving into the FAST TV business.

Rachael earned a degree in Psychology from St Andrews University in Scotland before training to become a Solicitor specialising in Commercial Property Law. Rachael was a Partner at Russell-Cooke Solicitors in London prior to becoming a Partner at Temple Bright in 2020. Rachael was recommended in 'The Legal 500' for being "commercially savvy" and now provides Legal Council to Black Cat Global.

Black Cat Global's London office is based at the famous Riverside Studios, which is currently undergoing expansion and redevelopment.
Having been central to the British film industry from the 1930s to 1950s, Riverside Studios established itself as a hub for UK television with classic series such as Dr. Who and Hancock's Half Hour being filmed here. Later as home to Top of the Pops from the 1970's & TFI Friday in the 1990's, it became associated with the very best of music on television. We're proud to continue this tradition today.
